Yes, we provide a 14-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of distress, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I get professional advice on which plants suit my home?
Absolutely. Our expert horticulturalists are available via chat or email to provide personalized recommendations based on your home's lighting conditions and your experience level.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the picking and packing process has begun in the nursery, we are unable to make changes.
